iVOOMi is the latest brand from China to step inside the Indian smartphone market. The company has chosen to launch its ultra low-end budget phone called iV505, which has been priced at Rs. 3,999. The company plans to set up its own R&D and manufacturing unit in India by the year 2019. Take a look at the phone along with its features and specifications below.
The iVOOMi iV505 rocks a 5.0-inch qHD display, which has a resolution of 960 x 540 pixels. It is being powered by a quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz. We do not know its brand but it should be a chipset from Spreadtrum or MediaTek. For multitasking and storage, there is 1GB RAM and 8GB ROM but the user can expand the internal memory externally up to 32GB by adding a microSD card. The iV505 runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS.
The iVOOMi iV505 is a Dual SIM phone with support for 4G VoLTE. Other connectivity options include 3G HSPA+, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and GPS. The mobile packs in a 3000mAh battery under its hood, which is very good for a low-end budget phone. In the camera department, we can find two 5 megapixel cameras on both sides. The primary camera also comes with a Dual LED flash. It comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack along with FM Radio.
The iVOOMi iV505 is being sold via ShopClues for Rs. 3999 in Black and Gold colors. The company also plans to launch four new smartphones in India soon, which will be priced between Rs. 4,000 and Rs. 10,000.
