Lenovo Vibe B, the successor of the Vibe A, has been launched in India. It has now become the cheapest Lenovo smartphone in the country which supports 4G VoLTE out of the box. The Vibe B is priced at Rs. 5,799 and is currently available via the retail offline market in Matte Black and Matte White color variants. The Lenovo Vibe B is a very basic, low-end smartphone, which features a 4.5-inch FWVGA display. The IPS panel comes with a resolution of 854 x 480 pixels. The phone is powered by the MediaTek MT6735M quad-core processor clocked at 1.0GHz along with 1GB RAM. For graphics, there is the Mali-T720 GPU onboard. It comes with 8GB of internal memory but it can be expanded externally up to 32GB by adding a microSD card.
The Vibe B from the house of Lenovo runs on Vibe UI based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS and it is expected to never get the Android 7.0 Nougat OS update. As we have already mentioned above, it is a 4G VoLTE enabled phone and thus is Reliance Jio network ready. The phone supports Dual SIM, 3G HSPA+, Bluetooth 4.0 LE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and GPS. Under the hood, a 2000mAh battery is present that will power the Vibe B. It can be removed by the user since there is a plastic back panel. The phone weighs 144 grams and is 9.9mm thick.
In the camera department, there is a 5 megapixel primary camera at the back with LED flash along with a 2 megapixel selfie camera on the front. The phone also comes with a 3.5mm audio jack and FM Radio.
