Intex Aqua Note 5.5 running on Android 7.0 Nougat launched in India

Intex has launched a low-end budget smartphone named Aqua Note 5.5 exclusively on Amazon India. The phone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat OS out of the box and supports 4G VoLTE. Take a look at the specifications, features and pricing of the mobile below.

The Intex Aqua Note 5.5 features a 5-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels (HD) and pixel density of 294 PPI. It is being powered by a MediaTek MT6737 quad-core processor clocked at 1.25GHz along with Mali-T720 GPU. For multitasking and storage, we get 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage, which can also be extended up to 128GB by adding a microSD card.

In the camera department, there is a 8 megapixel primary camera with LED flash at the back. We get a 5 megapixel front-facing selfie camera with LED flash on the front. Under the hood, there is a 2800mAh battery but it does not support fast charging.

The Intex Aqua Note 5.5 runs on Android 7.0 Nougat OS out of the box and might get updated to Android 8.0 Oreo OS in the future. It is a Dual SIM phone with 4G VoLTE support. Other connectivity options include 3G HSPA+, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and GPS. The phone is 10.3mm thick, weighs 177 grams. It comes with a 3.5mm audio jack and FM Radio.

The Intex Aqua Note 5.5 is priced at Rs. 5,799 and it is available exclusively on Amazon India in Champagne color.
