Panasonic P55 Max, the latest smartphone in the ‘P series’, has been officially launched in India. It is a Flipkart exclusive and is priced at Rs. 8,499. The main USP of this phone is its huge 5000mAh battery and it also runs on Android 7.0 Nougat OS. Take a look at the other features of the mobile below.
The Panasonic P55 Max rocks a 5.5-inch 2.5D curved glass IPS display, which has a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels (HD). The phone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat OS and is being powered by a 1.25GHz MediaTek MT6737 quad-core processor along with Mali-T720 GPU. There is 3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage but users can expand it further up to 128GB by adding a microSD card.
In the connectivity department, it includes 4G VoLTE, 3G HSPA+, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and GPS. It supports Dual SIM, which weighs 180 grams and is 8.7mm thick. The Panasonic P55 Max boasts of a 13 megapixel primary camera with quad-LED flash at the back. The rear camera can shoot Full HD videos as well. There is a 5 megapixel selfie camera for clicking selfies and making video calls. We also get a 3.5mm audio jack along with FM Radio. It has a metal body but there is no fingerprint sensor.
The Panasonic P55 Max packs in a massive 5000mAh battery (non-removable) under its hood but there is no support fast charging. It should easily last for a couple of days with moderate usage. The phone comes in Matte Black and Gold colors.
