Motorola, owned by Lenovo has officially launched the Moto E4 Plus in India exclusively on Flipkart today. The Moto E4 series was unveiled last month but the Indian variant is powered by a MediaTek chipset instead of Qualcomm’s chipset. The main USP of the Moto E4 Plus is its 5000mAh battery with fast charging support. Take a closer look at the specifications of the metal phone below.
Starting off with the display section, the Moto E4 Plus features a 5.5-inch 2.5D curved glass IPS display, which has a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels (HD) and pixel density of 267 PPI. It is powered by a MediaTek MT6737 quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz along with Mali-T720 GPU. There is 3GB of RAM and 32GB of ROM. The internal memory can be expanded further by adding a microSD card. The phone runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS out of the box.
The Moto E4 Plus rocks a 13 megapixel primary camera at the back with LED flash, 78-degree lens and f/2.0 aperture. On the front, it comes with a 5 megapixel selfie camera with LED flash, 74-degree lens and f/2.2 aperture. It supports Dual SIM, has a 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio and Dolby Atmos support. It is also resistant against water splashes as they have water-repellent nano-coating, like most other Moto smartphones. The Moto E4 Plus is 9.55mm thick and weighs 181 grams. There is a fingerprint sensor placed on the front, which can unlock the device quickly.
In the connectivity department, the E4 Plus include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n (Dual Band), Bluetooth 4.1 LE, 3G HSPA+ and GPS. In the battery section, it has a massive 5000mAh battery (non-removable) with support for rapid charging with 10W charger.
The Moto E4 Plus is priced at Rs. 9,999 and is exclusively available on Flipkart in Iron Grey and Fine Gold colors. As usual, the e-commerce portal will have various launch day offers.
