Zen Admire Star might be the cheapest smartphone in India to run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow

Zen Mobiles has most probably launched the cheapest smartphone in India to run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS today. It is known as the Zen Admire Star. Lets find out its features, specifications and price now.

Zen Admire Star Specifications and Features

The Zen Admire Star smartphone rocks a 4.5-inch display that comes with a resolution of 854 x 480 pixels (FWVGA). It is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor, 512MB of RAM and 8GB of onboard internal storage, that can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. The Star from the house of Zen Mobiles run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. In terms of new features, it has Auto Call Recorder, flip to mute and contact blacklist options. The device also comes pre-loaded with apps such as Zen App Cloud, Vuliv, Saavn, NexGenTV, UC Mini browser and Cool Gallery. There is also a Care app that provides access to company’s service centers location, which is very useful for consumers.

In the camera department, it packs in a 5 megapixel rear primary camera with LED flash and there is a 1.3 megapixel front-facing selfie camera on the front for occasional selfies and video calling. It supports Dual SIM, comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack and FM Radio.

In the connectivity department, the Zen Admire Star comes with 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. Under the hood, we get a 2000mAh battery, which should last a day (almost).

The Zen Admire Star comes in Gold color and it is priced at Rs. 3,290 in India.
