OPPO India has officially released the F1s Rose Gold Edition with 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM in the country. Earlier, the company had launched the selfie-focused smartphone with 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM in August 2016 for Rs. 17,990. Then, there was a Diwali Limited Edition in October and 4GB RAM variant in November. Finally, this new Rose Gold variant is priced at Rs. 18,990 and will go on sale exclusively via Flipkart from February 10, 2017, however, you can already pre-order it. The F1s from the house of OPPO rocks a 5.5-inch IPS 2.5D display, that has a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4. For multitasking and storage, there is 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. We get a MediaTek MT6750 octa-core 64-bit processor clocked at 1.5GHz for processing and Mali-T860 GPU for graphical performance. You can choose to expand the storage by adding a 128GB microSD card. The phone runs on ColorOS 3.0 based on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS out of the box.
In the camera section, we get to see a 13 megapixel primary rear camera with LED flash, f/2.2 aperture and Phase Detection Auto Focus (PDAF). It can shoot Full HD videos but the main attraction of the phone is its selfie shooter. We have a 16 megapixel selfie camera onboard with f/2.0 aperture and it can shoot Full HD videos as well. Since it is a selfie-focused phone, it boasts of features like Beautify 4.0 with Screen Flash, selfie panorama, palm-activated shutter and various other filters. It is a Dual SIM phone with 4G VoLTE support. Other connectivity options include WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n (Dual Band), GPS, Bluetooth 4.0 and 3G HSPA+.
Under the hood, there is a 3075mAh battery but there is no fast charging support. The OPPO F1s also sports a fingerprint sensor located inside the home button, which can unlock the phone in just 0.22 seconds.
