Motorola owned by Lenovo has launched an affordable budget smartphone in India named Moto C at an event today. It has a polycarbonate body along with micro-textured back cover. The Moto C is priced at Rs. 5,999 and is available in Starry Black and Pearl White colors across 100+ cities in India. Take a look at its specifications and features below.
The Moto C features a 5-inch IPS display, which has a resolution of 854 x 480 pixels (FWVGA). The phone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat OS and is being powered by a 1.1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737M 64-bit processor along with Mali-T720 GPU. There is 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage but the user can expand it further up to 32GB by adding a microSD card.
In the connectivity department, the Moto C includes 4G VoLTE, 3G HSPA+, Bluetooth 4.2 LE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and GPS. It supports Dual SIM (micro), which weighs 154 grams and is 9mm thick. The Moto C boasts of a 5 megapixel primary camera with LED flash and 74-degree lens at the back. The rear camera can shoot 720p (HD) videos. There is a 2 megapixel selfie camera with LED flash and 63-degree lens for clicking selfies and making video calls. We also get a 3.5mm audio jack along with FM Radio. There is no fingerprint sensor. It packs in a 2350mAh battery (removable) under its hood but does not support fast charging.
