LG Q6, the latest mid-ranged bezel-less phone has been officially launched in India today. It is made up of 7000 series aluminium and runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS. Take a look at its features, specifications and pricing below.
The LG Q6 features a 5.5-inch IPS FullVision display with a resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels (Full HD+) and pixel density of 442 PPI. It is a bezel-less display with a screen-to-body ratio of 78% and the screen has an aspect ratio of 18:9. The Q6 is powered by a Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor clocked at 1.4GHz along with Adreno 505 GPU. For multitasking and storage, we get 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage, which can also be extended up to 2TB by adding a microSD card.
The LG Q6 runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS out of the box. It is a Dual SIM phone (dedicated microSD card slot) with 4G VoLTE support. Other connectivity options include 3G HSPA+, Bluetooth 4.2 LE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and GPS/GLONASS. The Q6 is 8.1mm thick, weighs 149 grams, comes with a 3.5mm audio jack and FM Radio.
In the camera department, there is a 13 megapixel primary camera with LED flash at the back, which can shoot Full HD videos. On the front, we get a 5 megapixel selfie camera with 100-degree wide-angle lens. Under the hood, there is a 3000mAh battery (non-removable) but there is no support for fast charging. There is no fingerprint sensor but we get facial recognition for unlocking the Q6. It is also MIL-STD 810G certified as it has military grade durability.
The LG Q6 is priced at Rs. 14,990 and is exclusively available on Amazon India now in Ice Platinum, Terra Gold and Astro Black colors. There is a one-time free screen replacement within 6 months and users will get Rs. 3,200 worth of in-game freebies. Jio customers will get up to 50GB additional data as well.
