Swipe Technologies has officially launched one of the best smartphones under 5000 in India, after XOLO launched a similar phone couple of days back. It is known as Swipe Elite 2 Plus and it supports Reliance Jio (4G VoLTE) out of the box. Lets check out its features, specifications and pricing below.
