Kult has launched its third smartphone in the Indian market. The budget smartphone is known as Kult Beyond and it packs in a 13 megapixel selfie camera while running on Android 7.0 Nougat OS. According to the company, today’s hyper-connected millennial demands high performance smartphone with great camera quality and they have kept these in mind while making the Kult Beyond smartphone. It comes loaded with class-leading features and functionalities at an attractive price. Kult expects a great demand for the handset and are very bullish on its success.
The Kult Beyond features a 5.2-inch On-Cell IPS display, that has a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels (HD) and pixel density of 282 PPI. Out of the box, the phone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat OS and is being powered by a 1.25GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 64-bit processor along with Mali-T720 GPU. We get 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage but the user can expand it further up to 32GB by inserting a microSD card.
The Kult Beyond rocks a 13 megapixel primary rear camera with Dual LED flash along with another 13 megapixel selfie camera with Dual LED flash. Both of them can shoot Full HD videos but the primary camera has auto focus while the selfie camera has fixed focus. There is a 3.5mm audio jack along with FM Radio. It also comes with a fingerprint sensor located at the back, which can also launch apps, click images, answer calls and more besides unlocking the phone.
In the connectivity department, the Kult Beyond includes 4G VoLTE, 3G HSPA+, Bluetooth 4.0 LE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and GPS. It supports Dual SIM and comes with a dedicated microSD card slot. It packs in a 3000mAh battery (non-removable) under its hood but sadly does not support fast charging.
The Kult Beyond is priced at Rs. 6,999 and will go on sale exclusively on Amazon India from August 18, 2017 in Black color.
