Intex Aqua Crystal+, the latest budget smartphone in the ‘Aqua series’ has been launched in India. It runs on the latest Android 7.0 Nougat OS out of the box. Couple of days back, the company had launched the most affordable Android Nougat smartphone for Rs. 4,199. Take a look at the specifications and features of the Aqua Crystal+ below.
The Intex Aqua Crystal+ features a 5.0-inch IPS display, which has a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels (HD) and pixel density of 294 PPI. The phone is being powered by a MediaTek MT6737 quad-core processor clocked at 1.25GHz along with 550MHz Mali-T720 MP2 GPU. For multitasking and storage, we get 2GB RAM and 16GB internal memory. The user can expand the storage externally up to 128GB by inserting a microSD card. The Aqua Crystal+ is a Dual SIM (micro + nano) phone but it comes with a hybrid slot.
In the camera department, there is a 13 megapixel primary camera with f/2.0 aperture, dual LED flash and OV13858 sensor at the back. It can also shoot Full HD videos. On the front, we get a 5 megapixel selfie shooter. It supports FM Radio and comes with a 3.5mm audio jack. The Aqua Crystal+ runs on the latest Android 7.0 Nougat OS. It weighs 140.2 grams and is 7.4mm thick.
The Intex Aqua Crystal+ boasts of 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, 3G HSPA+ and WiFi 802.11 b/g/n in the connectivity department. Under the hood of this phone, we get a 2100mAh battery (non-removable) but it does not support fast charging.
The Intex Aqua Crystal+ is priced at Rs. 6,799 in India and is being sold exclusively via Amazon India in Black color. We will include this product in our best smartphones under 7000 segment very soon.
