iBall, a smartphone manufacturer has launched a new budget tablet, known as the iBall Slide Cuboid in India. It is their latest tablet in the ‘Slide series’ that supports 4G LTE and voice calling as well. Now, lets check out the specifications and pricing of the tablet below.
iBall Slide Cuboid Tablet Features and Specifications
The iBall Slide Cuboid tablet is powered by a quad-core chipset (likely to be MediaTek or Spreadtrum) clocked at 1.0 GHz, that comes with 2GB of RAM for good multitasking support. In terms of storage, there is 16GB of inbuilt memory and it can be expanded up to 32GB by inserting a microSD card. The Cuboid packs in a 8.0-inch multi-touch IPS display that has a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. Android 5.1 Lollipop OS helps in running the tablet. The users will also get pre-loaded games like Midnight Pool, Asphalt Nitro, Motocross: Trial Extreme, Bubble Bash 3 and Spider-Ultimate Power from the house of GameLoft and utility apps which includes WhatsApp, Facebook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint. The tablet also has support for multi-lingual keyboard with 21 regional languages and 9 regional system languages.
In terms of connectivity features, it includes 4G LTE (voice calling via hands-free), 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and USB OTG. Under the hood, the Cuboid packs in a 4500mAh battery. In the camera department, we get a 5 megapixel rear camera with Auto Focus, LED flash and a 2 megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. The tablet supports Dual SIM, comes with a 3.5 mm headphone jack and FM Radio (hands-free). iBall has also included a front-facing speaker for better audio output.
The iBall Slide Cuboid tablet that comes with an aluminium chassis is available in Grey color only and is priced at Rs. 8,999 in India. It will be sold across the country via retail stores.
