Coolpad India launches Note 5 Lite with 4G VoLTE support for Rs. 8199

Coolpad Note 5 Lite has been officially launched in India today. It is priced at Rs. 8,199 and will go on sale exclusively via Amazon India starting from March 21 in Grey and Gold colors. The Note 5 Lite is the Indian name of the Coolpad Conjr, which was announced at the CES 2017 back in January. Take a look at the features and specifications of this budget smartphone from the house of Coolpad.

The Coolpad Note 5 Lite features a 5.0-inch IPS 2.5D curved glass display, which has a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels (HD) and a pixel density of 294 PPI. The phone is being powered by the MediaTek MT6735CP quad-core processor clocked at 1.0GHz along with Mali-T720 GPU. For multitasking and storage, we get 3GB RAM and 16GB internal memory, which can be extended externally by adding a microSD card. It is a Dual SIM (nano) phone but it has a hybrid slot, which means the user can only put in a SIM card or microSD card in the second slot.

The Coolpad Note 5 Lite runs on Cool UI 8.0 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. In the camera department, it rocks a 13 megapixel primary camera at the back along with a 8 megapixel selfie camera at the front. Both the cameras come with a LED flash and f/2.2 aperture. This budget smartphone from the house of Coolpad boasts of a full metal body, that is 8.7mm thick and weighs 148 grams. There is a fingerprint sensor located at the back of the Note 5 Lite, which can unlock the phone in just 0.1 seconds.

In the connectivity section, the Note 5 Lite sports 4G VoLTE, 3G HSPA+, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and WiFi 802.11 b/g/n. Under the hood, it packs in a 2500mAh battery to power the phone.
